[* black] Remove the back plastic casing covering the RAM chip.
- [* black] Unscrew and remove the M2 screw with a #1 Phillips Head Screwdriver.
- [* black] Remove the plastic casing (should be free at this point).
+ [* red] Use the #1 Philips Head Screwdriver to remove the M2 screw holding back the plastic casing.
+ [* black] Now remove the plastic casing and you should see the RAM chip.
