Coloca un dedo en la parte superior de la tapa, sobre la muesca. Mientras sujetas el mando con la otra mano, premotor firmemente hacia la parte inferior del mando para aflojar la tapa.

Una vez que la tapa esté floja, simplemente levántala para descubrir las baterías.

Tira con cuidado de la pestaña negra para sacar las baterías de la carcasa de la batería. Al insertar baterías nuevas, ten en cuenta la orientación correcta.

i bought Harmony 350, and it's imposibble to open this cover, I tried to open this cover for few hours wihout luck, my fingers hurt. Return this crap to shop, I have also Harmony 700 which in it cover open easy.

I agree with the other comments. I’ll keep trying, but so far after 10 minutes I still can’t get the cover to budge.
pefI too found the battery cover impossible to remove “by hand”. I used the clear plastic package as a cradle for the device,
then used a flat-blade screwdriver applied to the indent where you are meant to push by hand, and pushed hard at about
about a 45° angle. Finally got it open! I filed off a bit of the hook on the cover latch so hopfully it will be easier next time.
