Qué necesitas

Remueve los siguientes diez tornillos que aseguran la cubierta trasera a la cubierta superior.

Tres tornillos tipo Philips (punta cruz) de 13.5 mm (14.1 mm)

Cuando remuevas estos tornillos, ten en cuenta cómo salen en un ángulo ligero. Deben volverse a instalar de igual forma.

Usa el borde del spudger para apalancar el conector de la batería hacia arriba del enchufe en la tarjeta lógica.

Utilice el extremo plano de un spudger para levantar el conector AirPort/Bluetooth de su zócalo en la placa lógica.

Para volver a ensamblar el dispositivo, siga estas instrucciones en orden inverso.

Is there a way to diagnose if the on and off bluetooth on my MacBook Pro Mid 2012 is related to a frayed Bluetooth cable vs a broken Bluetooth board?
I also have the same MacBook Pro. I just swapped the board and it didn’t fix my Bluetooth issue. It’s probably the cable.
I’d call this an easy replacement to be honest. Pulling the tape back is the hardest part. I didn’t disconnect the battery for mine (as some reviews said that could cause shorts as much as not disconnecting it), and things went just fine. All together, replacement took me less than 10 minutes from start to end, and things work great now!
This was an easy fix. I bought the cable & the bt/wifi card, but turned out only the cable was faulty.
WARNING :
Be really careful both while installing the cable : I did a replacement a few weeks ago, which turned to be a real failure, there was so much stress applied between both the board and the cable, that it started to extend and so, ripped the micro wires inside, and so wifi on my Mac was completely screwed up.
Be also aware of the different cables existing for this model. Just bought one form eBay, it was way too long for my mid-2012, I managed to make it work anyway using some tape, hopefully this fix will last.
