    • Using a narrow object like a paperclip, push the pins located in the watch band in the direction of the arrow indicated on the watch.

    • Completely pull out the pins.

    • It isn't necessary to remove the watch band before replacing other parts of the watch, but it may make removal of other elements of the watch more accessible and clear.

    • When replacing the charging port cover, only take out the pin that is closest to the charging port cover.

There is no way for me to remove the clips, they are stuck and don’t move, any ideas on how to loosen them?

No, I guess I won’t Be buying Polar stuff no more… can’t believe it…

The Pins move out! Like described above, there is one side with a larger head of the pin. This is the side where the pin comes out. The smaller side is where you push. Due to water and sweat, there is some kind off corrosion or buildup around the pin.This is why it does not come out easy. Important is to use right size of the tool. Lubrication with WD40 silicone oil helps.
