    • Unscrew the 0.266 inch top-left screw with a T6 Torx Screwdriver.

    • Be sure to remove the stylus in order to access the screw.

Use a T5 Torx screwdriver instead of a T6. T6 is too big.

I found T5 too large as well. T4 seeems to work

    • Take the slim metal plate and slide it upwards, until it disconnects from the logic board.

    • DO NOT bend or crinkle this metal plate. It will be VERY DIFFICULT, IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE, to slide it back into place when you are re-assembling if you crinkle or bend this metal plate.

    • Set the metal plate aside for now.
