Introducción
Use this guide to replace the button and spring on your Owala Free Sip water bottle.
Consumers have experienced problems with their water bottle lids not functioning properly, either with the lid not opening or closing, or with the button being damaged. However, these issues can be solved with an easy and fast fix, which is a cheaper and more sustainable alternative to buying a new water bottle.
Before starting the guide please make sure you have the required parts/tools, which can all be purchased from a single kit online.

Empty any contents within the bottle and clean the lid area dry.

Insert the flathead screwdriver into the gap on either side of the button and pry it off.

Place the new button on top of the spring and apply pressure until it clicks.

Close the lid and press the button repeatedly to ensure it functions correctly.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
