Qué necesitas

Using a plastic opening tool, wedge the tip of the tool into the side of the phone's faceplate
To pry open, wiggle/twist the tip of the tool, until faceplate pops up.

You can pick up the keypad with ease, as it is not attached to the phone itself.

To clean keypad if it is not functioning properly, use a cloth to wipe away any spills, or water damage

Conclusión

If cleaning off keypad does not work, insert your new keypad, and follow steps in reverse order to reassemble your device.
