The battery is Model : APP00169 or APP00192 made by Apack (http://www.apack.com.tw/index.php ) 3.8Vdc
You can buy it on Ebay but I don’t have find it on the website!

The battery size is 48mm 27mm 27mm and the capacity is 400mah. I’m trying to find a place to buy a new one but all of them cames with 2 wires and this connector has 4

I bought my replacement 162 from Aliexpress. I think the 192 is made exclusively for Nixon repair replacement only, and not available outside Nixon. They quoted over $100AUD for replacement!

the wiring is the opposite way around, so have to flip the battery with installation

Ordered to app00169. Fits well and powered it but couldn't charge it. When I connect the charger it vibrates to charge but then doesn't and just loops.
Any ideas?
According to a previous post, the wiring on the replacement battery is the wrong way around? Have you tried reversing the wires?
I'm looking for the battery source too. What an incomplete iFixit guide. Sure, show us all how to open the watch and replace the battery, and leave out the most crucial piece of information, the battery detail itself! Perhaps the Nixon Mission battery cannot be sourced privately.
did anyone get hold of the battery links ? can we mod the battery port of the 169 to fit the 192 ?
