  3. Remove the key from the keyboard by prying the key off with the opener or with your finger. The key is connected to the keyboard with two connecting plastic squares. One is connected to the keyboard by tabs and one is connected to the keyboard by snaps.

very vague info. If a Key does not work and I take it out, why should it work once back in?? what do I need to change or look for? seems like very good instructions to take the keys out of a notebook
