K-Cup pack holder is stuck?

This guide will show you how to remove and replace the K-Cup Portion Pack Holder for the Keurig B70 Platinum if you're experiencing any problems with the pack holder. Before continuing with the guide, you're going to need a Phillips #2 screwdriver.

  4. Push the black button at the bottom of the lid to remove the K-cup holder assembly. From the top, lift the assembly out of the Keurig. From the top, lift the assembly out of the Keurig.

  5. Grab the top and the bottom of the holder assembly and pull it apart. Be careful when pulling the assembly. There is a sharp needle!
