Inicia Cydia y añade el repositorio: http://repo.tihmstar.net para entrar al modo kDFU (Por favor checa el tutorial detallado). Solo cuando tu iDevice este en modo kDFU, puedes disminuir a iOS 6.1.3. Por favor asegúrate que tu iDevice esta en modo kDFU, después continua la reducción.

This is a very poor guide, well below IfixIt standards. Perhaps experienced hackers might follow these steps
but if I was a hacker would I need this. Which Cydia,? Where to download? Download it onto the target device or a laptop connected to
the target device. C’mon guys this is seriously sloppy work.
firstly you need to know how to upgrade your device to 9.3.5 for iphone 4s only, you can follow apples’s guide. then you need to jailbreak it a quick google search will lead you to a fast guide on how to jailbreak it. then come back here to follow the instructions on how to to downgrade it to 6.1.3. just use google people <3
This guide is not intended towards the average person. If you are interested in completed what is done here, you should research more into this, using other sites. Once you can get the hang of it, im sure you’ll love it. (But to answer your question, The Cydia you want to use is the one downloaded on your phone after a jailbreak, and download the firmware onto your computer)
