Before you start, test out your dried eyeliner pen so you can compare the results at the end!

Remove the cap from your eyeliner pen.
Take a small pair of pliers and gently remove the felt rod from inside the liner.
Some liners may require you to unscrew the end of the liner to remove the felt rod.
If you do not have pliers, tweezers can also be used for this fix.

Once the felt rod has been removed, gently place the rod in a bowl of warm water for no more than 30 seconds.
If you notice the colour of the water starts to change, immediately remove the felt rod from the water.
