For more information on removing the safety valve block, please refer to section 10 in the service manual.

  1. Hamilton G5 Safety Valve Block Replacement, Rail: paso 1, imagen 1 de 1

    • Remove 4 Hex Allen screws (A) from the Rail surrounding the Ventilation Unit.

  2. Hamilton G5 Safety Valve Block Replacement: paso 2, imagen 1 de 1

    • Remove the Rail (B).

  3. Hamilton G5 Safety Valve Block Replacement: paso 3, imagen 1 de 1

    • The Standoff Brackets (C) remain with the Main Cover.

    • Place aside in a safe location.

  5. Hamilton G5 Safety Valve Block Replacement, Main Cover: paso 5, imagen 1 de 1

    • Lift the Main Cover (A) from the Ventilation Unit using the Standoff Brackets (B) attached to the Main Cover.

  7. Hamilton G5 Safety Valve Block Replacement, Safety Valve Block: paso 7, imagen 1 de 1

    • Remove Safety Valve Block

    • 1. Disconnect the cable from the Ambient Valve Solenoid

    • 2. Disconnect the Shaped Hose (A)

    • 3. Remove the 2 Hex Allen Screws (B)

    • 4. Remove the Safety Valve Block

    • To remove Ambient Valve Solenoid: Unscrew the Ambient Valve Solenoid (C) form the Safety Valve Block
