Where's the replacement?

I have just the keyboard without the panel. How can I replace that?

Melwyn Williams - Contestar

you have to pry off like 50 stupid dinky little rubber clips from the underside of the palmrest that hold the keyboard onto the palmrest. then insert your new keyboard and solder it on to the bottom side of the palmrest. I used the little rubber clips as solder when I replaced a non-backlit keyboard for a backlit one on a pavilion x360. it’s tedious, and you do need a soldering rod.

I’d like to clean the under part of my keyboard keys on Hp Paviliion 360, how do I go about that?

Hawkins Lee - Contestar

You have to read my comment right above and detach the keyboard from the palmrest on the underside by prying off the dinky little clips holding the keyboard to the palmrest . Then you'd be able to clean the keyboard as it would be free from the palmrest. Then you'd have to reassemble it with a soldering rod. Good luck. This is why HP sells the keyboard and palmrest as one piece for this laptop. It's a difficult job to separate the two and as if not more difficult reassembling it.
