As more devices around us become dependent on an internet connection, we need more reliability and/or speed which can be met with a direct internet connection. Overtime, an Ethernet cable can become broken inside the sleeve and stop working from prolonged use. The value of enabling the everyday person to repair these vital cables would lessen the overall downtime they might face and help retain the majority of the cable by only replacing the broken portion. This would reduce overall waste being sent to landfills.

While squeezing the newly cut cables, push the cables into the connector. The small grooves inside the piece should guide the cables into the back of the connector in the same order.

Push the cables inside to ensure that they are all the way to the back of the connector. You may need to apply additional force at this step to ensure they are at the end of the connector.
