I tried to open the black part but has cracked with the minimum attempt. Now I have broken the front glass with the black part.

same thing happened with me
but at least i was able to open it.
i have unplugged the battery fr long time but still not working, any suggestions???

Same with me. Better try to use a sharp knife around the edges of the black cover and carefully lift it, holding the knife flat. Do not bend too strongly or you will crack the thin glass/plastic cover.
