Hi

I need to buy a replacement steam release valve for a Crock-Pot CPE200. I've contacted Sunbeam and they say you can't.

Any ideas?

I need a Steam Release Valve also would like some ideas since CrockPot does not let you order parts online anymore.Thinking about not using CP stuff no longer if replacement parts are going to be this hard to find! Linda Richardson lamommom50@yahoo.com.

If the steam release valve is broken and does not close all the way, will the pressure not build? Therefore not cooking correctly.

How do I get a replacement Steam Release Valve - mine no longer is attached to the Crock Pot, I think may have been dropped and now steam leaks from it right throughout the whole pressure cook operation. Can I purchase a new one through this site? andy.garlepp@live.com

Anyone know where I can get a .stl file to make a steam release valve cover on my 3D printer?

Please email me a link to pink192000@gmail.com if you find one. I've been searching for days.

Ok. So. My 10-qt Crockpot Pressure Cooker does build pressure. But the steam release valve doesn’t work. I have to let it naturally release pressure or use a chopstick to put the steam pin down in small spurts, as to not get burned.

What could be the cause of this?!

Is it fixable? How?

I use my p/c at least 3x a week and would love to get this fixed ASAP.

Thanks!

I have a SCCPPC100-V1 ,,,,10 qt. Crockpot I don’t know where my steam release top is. Can someone tell me where to get a replacement OEM part? SUNBEAM is not the easiest to work with. All the ones I have come across don’t look the same. Just a little leery on getting something that will not work. Thanks for your time take care we are all in this together BE SAFE.

I have a different but related problem: the switch that allows manual release of the steam isn’t working and pressure needs to be released by placing a butter knife blade under the steam valve and gently prying it up until the pressure is gone. Inconvenient and a bit dangerous. Taking off the pressure release valve, I see a small metal blade that enters the bottom side; it should come out or move up when the switch is turned and in my case nada. Maybe there’s supposed to be a spring in there that broke? anyway, how do I fix the switch and its component parts?

My steam release valve fell off And I have no idea if it’s even broke or how to put it back on there is no instructions anywhere on YouTube or the Internet for this or even in the owners manual for the crock pot express 10 quart this is very setting I just bought this about two months ago!
