Introducción
If your CanoScan LiDE 35 scanner square port is inoperative then this guide is for you. This guide will show you how to remove the square port through seven simple steps. Throughout the seven steps you will be visually shown what parts will be removed. At the end of this guide you will have removed the square port and gained the knowledge of how to do it yourself. A screwdriver is needed for this removal.

Slide plastic opening tool under the plastic.

Gently pry the plastic framing off the glass.
