    • The grille is attached to the speaker with double sided sticky tape. To remove the grill gently pull upward while keeping tension to the right.

    • Carefully pull on the battery cover until the rubber tab slides out of the aluminum casing.

    • Remove the sponge (save for later replacement) and gently flip the black tab 90 degrees to release the connectors grip on the ribbon cable. Remove the ribbon cable from the connector.

    • The black tab must be flipped up in order to reinsert the ribbon cable on reassembly.

This is great! Well done! Thank you. I dropped mine and there's not any sound now. What would you think happened and where should i start?

Perhaps open it up and then use a multimeter or some other speakers to see if you're getting any output from the amplifier? Sometimes the speaker drivers are damaged by dropping.

Do you know the part number for the speaker or where to buy it ? After a trip to the beach I now have a cracking sound in one of the speakers.

Where can i buy genuine Bose replacement speakers for the Soundlink?

Do you know if the the other speakers were passive radiators or powered subwoofers? Bose claims that the are subwoofers but I'm skeptical
