After you remove the back cover panel its not too difficult to slide the ram out of the laptop.

  7. Now, locate the two screws that hold the back cover panel onto the laptop.

  9. Once both screws have been removed use a plastic opening tool to lift the panel up. Starting with the indented notch , and moving left and right from there.   10. After the panel has been loosened by the plastic opening tool, take your finger, place it in the gap, and remove the panel from the laptop.

  11. Once the cover panel is off, locate the hard drive.

  12. Locate the two screws that are holding the hard drive in place. Locate the two screws that are holding the hard drive in place.

  13. Remove the two screws using a Phillips #00 screw driver.

  14. Carefully slide the hard drive in the opposite direction of where the screws are located until it dislocates.

  15. Pull the hard drive out of its compartment.
