Cut the adhesive label down the seam of the battery case.

Separate the two plastic case shells to expose the battery inside.

Remove the tape holding the battery cells together.

Desolder the two battery tabs with black and white wires connected to them.

First, desolder the battery tabs from the PCB.

Second, desolder the main barrel connector wires and balance plug wires from the internal PCB.
