How is the Supervisor Password removed?

I've worked with laptops in the past and understand how most bios passwords are removed using the hexidecimal code supplied to calculate a master password when it reports System Disabled.

Being a Windows tablet I thought the same method would have applied but it appears that every time the System Disabled screen is shown a new 44-digit hash is created.

According to Samsung master passwords do not exist for this unit. Samsung asks that the unit must be sent to a repair center to have it removed so I'm curious to find out how and where the password is stored? Finally what steps are taken to remove it?

Any Samsung service technicians out there able to answer this one?
