Unable to hear during outgoing calls

After the latest update to my BLU XL2 I am now unable to hear during outgoing calls as well as any sound with the speaker during the calls or with Google assistant. My speakers work fine when watching video. Everything is fine when I receive a call.

You are correct @Grandy. It is the Google app. When I allow microphone permissions within the app the problem persists, but as soon as I disabled permission for the app. It went away. Thanks for your help!

I have this too! I can't hear a call when calling out, but when someone obviously answers, I press the record button & I can hear. Ugh. Thank you for the feedback, I took the ok Google advice as well as the carrier service. I'll see what happens!

Thank you for this...I've had this same problem after the last update. Disabled the ok Google... problem solved.

I had this problem after the update also. I figured out it only happens while I have "Hey Google" activated. If I disable the "Hey Google" feature everything works fine.

Google account/settings/voice/voice match, and turn off Say "Ok Google" any time.

Thanks for the feedback. I also corrected the issue by disabling microphone and phone permissions in all apps that had those specific permissions. There were only 5or 6 total. The issue has happened since but I haven't pinpointed the actual app that is causing the problem. I will update once I do. Thank you.

Thanks Grandy, I can hear again. I contacted BLU and turning off "OK Google" is the remedy they're recommending as well, until a permanent solution can be found.

Hello, Thanks for easy answer!

Google Talk it's looks like it is a "Bug" or "Intercellular" and "google app" need to remove forever and put "Google Company" to Bring to Court for this interception to all Mobile Phones?
