MacBook Pro Retina has the green light but doesn't charge.

Hi guys.

I spilled water on my MBP Retina yesterday while it was turned on. I instantly fliped it updside down to drain the water. Yes, I should turned it off but I was in panic :( It keeped turned on until I removed the charger, when it suddently turned off.

Today I opened and cleaned everything. I used an electronic cleaner (quick drying) for the clean. Now it turns on but there's a few (and huge) problems:

Magsafe led is always green: On system report it shows "good battery condiction" but has no charging. When I spilled water on it, the battery was fully charged.

Wont boot on battery, just on AC: If I remove the Magsafe while it is turned on, instantly turns off.

Doesn't keep Date & Time: Probably there is no battery usage.

I tried to reset the SCM, with no success. The battery has about 720 cycles, so it wouldn't be a bad thing to replace it (although the battery is stupidly expensive in my country), but it will work?

I saw a video on youtube that a guy with a possibly simillar problem made an bridge between the danified logic integrated circuit port and a certain node. It looks very easy but it was on a MBP non-retina. Is there an alternative way to do that on retina version?

What do you guys suggest me? I would appreciate any help.

Thanks
