Laptop not powering on

I live in UK now. My laptop doesn't power on. Its only 2 years old & I had sent to Lenovo Support (Germany) for diagnosis & possible repair. They have returned the product without even notifying me what the issue is. After many emails/chat they have now told me that since the laptop is from India they don't have the part. They have still not told me what part it is.

Details about my laptop :

G50-80 Laptop (Lenovo)

Model - 80E5038PIN

@akimran82 get the maintenance manual from here then start checking things with a multimeter. Check your AC adapter first. Make sure that it has the proper voltage. Then check your DC-in jack, make sure it is in working order. After that you will have to use the maintenance manual and disassemble your laptop partially to measure if you get power to the motherboard. If you can let us know exactly what motherboard this is. Find any letters or numbers on it and post those with your question as well as a good image of your motherboard. That will allow us to see what you see. Use this guide Agregar imágenes a una pregunta existente for that. Once we've identified the motherboard we can see if there is a schematic out for it and we could try to get you some more test points for further troubleshooting.
