Where can I purchase replacement parts?

With my best educated guess and information that I've found online it appears that my son's JD RAZOR (which was acquired 2nd hand) may be a Japanese model. Where can I purchase replacement parts within the US (verses attempting potential translation and currency complications)? Thank you.
