Trackpad is out of control, how could I replace a NEW one

The trackpad is out of control sometime, it will move automaticly. I had bought 2 new trackpad, and replace that.

But the new trackpads cannot work. I can't move the mouse cursor.

But the old one, I can move.

So, please help me, how it can work.
