Logic Board Repair or Replace

Long story short, My 2.4 Ghz logic board has been sabotaged so that now anyone with a cellphone can remotely cause a surge in screen, audio, usb and I can no longer use even a 5g wifi plug in or any usb peripheral.

Can you recommend a good supplier for a replacement logic board?

I don't have the equipment to trouble shoot it here at home as I am disabled and retired on Social Security & SSI.

I do have the tools to replace it, but no meter etc; to trouble shoot.

I have to keep this one going due to finances and inability to work.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
