my memory card is attacked by virus,and four days before the full data is erased and formatting can't be performed even in a computer.so,is there any alternative to get it formatted and be used again?

these cards get damaged directories and IMnsHO for what they cost they are not worth putting a lot of time and money into for special recovery/formatting software.

Hi there and now I am confused. What if we are talking about something like an SD card for example could one not reformat the card.Presumably you have a card reader, and presumably that card, when inserted, appears as another drive on your computer. Reformat it. That will erase everything from the card. Data. Viruses. Spyware. Everything.Correct? Now if one can not reformat the SD memory card because it appears to be corrupted, or because the computer fails to recognize the corrupted SD card file format system I should still be capable of accessing it with recovery software. There are even freeware applications for that. I dealt with a similar issue on one of my USB thumbdrives as well as a CF card. Again, I might be showing my ignorance here and may be way wrong....thanks.
Free- is worth every penny you pay for it.8^p If it works great, if it doesn't you have to move to heavy artillery (which is not available for free) and sometimes that doesn't work either.

Apples & Oranges recovery is just that, not reformatting. Two completely different things, you might recover data from a chip/card that can not be reformatted.
Oh okay now that I do understand very well, know about those apples and oranges;) The recovery of the data comment was based on the comment with the "time and money into for special recovery/formatting software" statement, since I know that data can sometimes be important before discarding unusable drives. Thank you for making me understand ;)

My external 4gb micro SD card normally opens by this mobile. Modol_oppo A37fw.But it's any files are not formatted. I am trying to formatte those hours by hours.Is not possible, Please know me how is possible if you know? Thanks a lot.

You can recover your formatted data back with the help of windows recovery software until it has not been overwritten. These software has effective algorithm which can recover your data from all major conditions.

If you wnt to format from your pc ,, then only thing you have to do is first see what is the name of the drive .eg F: , then open cmd (command prompt) then you just type " format F: " then press enter and type "y" enter. then you are done ..............

You can simply use a memory card recovery or removable media recovery software to recover and save your data. These software will be able to recover your all data successfully.

Here's the Windows DOS prompt command that alters the file attributes that may help you recover your files.
Open Run and type cmd it will open a DOS window (DOS Prompt)
Then type: ATTRIB -H -R -S /S /D G:\*.* Then hit enter
"G" is the drive letter where your memory card is.
You should then be able to access the files of the memory card.

I tried "CMD" and all other oprations but virus is still iniside the SD card i want to format my card but also want my data...
Any suggestions?

What kind of card is it? SD,XD,MicroSD,Sony Duo? What operating system are you using? Do you have a card reader?

have you tried accessing from one than 1 computer and using more than 1 card reader? Card readers do fail.
