Why my LCD tv is not turning on?

I put my sharp aquos LC-39LE440M LCD tv on our vacant room for month and then suddenly we took it and switch it on. It works on for 30 seconds then suddenly it switch off. Then I tried to turn it on again and nothings happen,the only thing is after i plugged it the red lights flash once and a scratchy sounds will be heard for a 2 seconds.Can someone give me help to troubleshoot it
