I have never drop this camera or taken off the lens after first putting it on. It's been about 9 months since I had this camera. The zoom lens won't unlock after rotating it like I normally would. This has been going on for 2 months. What can I do to fix it so the lens will unlock and I can use the camera again?

I had this problem too. I took out the 3 outer screws on the back of the lens, one seemed loose, peeked in and decided there was no way I was going to fix this thing. Screwed it back on and the camera worked again. I suspect the screws were loose. Give that a try and see if it works.
I know I was about to throw my NX-mini out when I took the chance of unscrewing it. I wouldn't try to remove the back. Just try tightening the outer screws.
Update: It stopped working again.
I had a technician at work take a look at it and he found that a ribbon cable in the lens sheared. He removed the cable and it works, kind of, in manual mode. I will be sending the lens to International Camera in Chicago to have it repaired.

My case is "kinda". I have to dismantle the lens, tighten the inner ("second layer") screws, re-set the main cable (which seemed to be totally fine), and it works again. But tighten the outer three screws did not work.
It works for me too. Just tighten the 3 outer screws, then on off once.

Well you should go to near camera repair or hardware repair shop and give to some one who have the proper knowledge of how to fix this type camera.
