Manual to replace harddisk cable and HD with SSD
I can find a manual for a 15" but not for a 13". Is that the same? And the same cable?

Here is the MacBook Unibody Model A1278 repair guides. Please note this systems SATA port is only SATA II (3.0 Gb/s) so what ever drive you put in needs to be able to run at this I/O speed make sure to review the drives spec sheet carefully as many will not work at this slower I/O speed.

After a scan of my laptop, it said a Crucial BX200 was ok. The speed is 6Gb/s. They say it is compatible.
THe manual talks about a HDD, not an SSD. Is that the same?
And I need a new harddisk cable, but can only find one for a 15". Is that the same? And also ok for an SSD?

Sadly, the Crucial BX200 SSD is not really compatible. While their online compatibility checker states it is, it is not.
Your system offers a SATA II (3.0 Gb/s) interface while this SSD is a fixed SATA III (6.0 Gb/s) drive. Often one thinks the drive is working only to discover odd problems where the system overheats and/or lags in moving large blocks of data in or out of the drive. You'll need to return it and get the correct drive.
Again, you need to read the fine print of the spec sheet. As an example here is the Samsung 840 EVO SSD spec sheet, jump to page 3, here you'll see what the drive is compatible with under 'Interface' Now lets look at the Crucial BX200 SSD spec sheet we can see your systems SATA port is not listed as compatible.
As for your need for a new SATA cable I don't think you need it unless you've damaged it. Replacing the drive with the correct drive should resolve any data flow issues.

There was no 13" MacBook Pro produced in 2009.
The first 13" MacBook Pro models where produced in 2010 are you sure you are not thinking of a 13" MacBook here? Apple created the first aluminum unibody version of the 13" system here which later became the MacBook Pro.
