When I record videos the quality of the videos is great but they lack sound. The only videos with sound are the one recorded when headsets are plugged in.

Since the sound is not working while built-in microphone is on, then the internal microphone might be broken and needs to be replaced. Follow Samsung Galaxy Camera troubleshooting guide to take the camera apart and replace the internal microphone. Troubleshooting guide

The sound of the videos I take is not there but there is some stupid music instead! WTF?

I also had this problem..took a few vids last weekend at a birthday where they had a bucking bull...watched the vids the next day and No sound...anyway this bugged be so half an hour ago i took a vid of nothing and spoke into the speaker...played it back and nothing...so i got a tooth pick and poked it into all the holes and slots on the bottom of the phone...replayed the vids and now they all have sound yay
