How do I fix the on/off switch on my Jabra sport pulse?

I can connect the headphone through the USB port. The battery gets charged. But I can't turn on the device. I think the on/off button is broken. How do I fix it?

I have the same problem.

Could you find a solution to the broken on/off button?

My device stopped working after use in rain.

Same here, just stopped switching on !

I thought the the problem was solved by a firmware updat released in 2016.09.06. But the button is not working again after a training.

I think that the microfone orifice allows the sweat to interfere in the on/off button.

same problem, what a piece of crap for such an expensive thing

I have the same problem, after one year to jabra pulse dead. I read here about other people with the same problem and about their suspicions that the moisture came into the holes at the microphone.

I put forced into the holes of the electronic microphone contact cleaner spray, after an hour I repeated the operation.

After 24 hours he returned to life

It worked for me

You mean you put forced "air" into the hole right? Like from a compressed air spray can?

This is very disappointing device and very poor service as well by the support of JABRA. I am PLANTRONICS type of customer but decided to try JABRA hoping for a better quality product. PLANTRONICS may not be the best products but the SERVICE compensate so much that you do not care. They will replace the device for you with not too many questions asked.

For Jabra Sport Pulse. In reference to comment above : He means put forced air into the hole. Get a can of compressed air, the kind used to clean computers. Spray it directly in the microphone hole, a few shots, on both sides. Then spray WD-40 in there if you can. Just a quick shot don't over-do it. WD-40 comes out quick. If you cant get WD-40, go to an electronic repair shop and see if they can spray some electrical contact cleaner in the microphone hole. Then spray it again with compressed air just to clean out anything in there. Wait 24 hours or so then plug it in to the charge, and see if you can get it to turn on. Press both the power button and the button on the back of the ear bud at the same time to see if it resets, in reset mode the light will be purple waiting for a new Bluetooth connection. This solution worked for me once, then it didn't work again after that. Hope you guys have better luck.
