No wifi after Windows 10 update

Hi

I've just upgraded to Windows 10 and now I have no wifi connection on my notebook.

Have tried several things suggested on different sites but to no avail, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi,

You may have to download and install the Win 10 32 bit wireless drivers from Asus, (released 27/10/2015) for your Eeebook to make your WiFi function correctly.

Here is the link.

https://www.asus.com/Notebooks/ASUS_EeeB...

If you are experiencing any other problems with your Win 10 installation you may wish to revisit the Asus download page above and download the appropriate Asus drivers for your Eeebook rather than rely on the drivers supplied by Microsoft that come with Win 10. After all the manufacturer knows their product best.

Hi

I am unable to connect to the Internet on this eeebook, therefore I cannot download the drivers, if you know of a way to do this I would be most grateful!

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

If you can access another PC with internet access and you have a USB flash drive (USB stick) then you can download to that, then connect the USB flash drive to your Eeebook and then install the drivers from it. In the Eeebook you go to Cont. Panel > Device Manager > Network Adapters > your wireless adapter > Drivers > ight click > p ope ties > D ive s > update drivers, it will allow you to point to the USB drive as a source of your drivers

Hi,

To access Control Panel, press Windows Key and x key, window will open on left of screen with Control Panel shortcut down the bottom. Sorry about the above comment, problem with website won't let you enter the letter "r" when you edit a comment.

Should read Control Panel > Device Manager > Network Adapters > highlight the " name of your Wireless Adapter" > right click > Properties > Drivers > Update drivers

Select the Start button > Settings > Network & Internet > Status. Under Change your network settings, select Network troubleshooter. Follow the steps in the troubleshooter, and see if that fixes the problem.

Regards,

Will
