iPhone 4s battery cycle count and capacity

Hello,

I purchased new battery for my iPhone 4s from IFIXIT. Replaced it with no problems. But when checked battery information, the Capacity was only 1400 instead of designed capacity 1430, and it is dropping with every charge, after several full charges it is 1380. And Cycle Count as well is still 0 after several full charges.

Can I please get replacement battery with working cycle count and 100% designed capacity?

Please advise.
