I have straight talk service and you have to CORRECTLY put in the APN settings or your service won't be complete. I followed the link shown blow exactly and now I can send/receive pic mail and everything works perfect.

Turn off WiFi. I don't know why it works that way but it does.

Thank you, Tamona. It's so weird that it works this way, though.

Thank you so much, Tamona. I would have never figured that out on my own. If there's ever any other way to work it without turning off my WiFi, let me know.

Hi @lonewolf12666 ,

Have you checked that the Data Connection setting is enabled. This has to be enabled to send/receive MMS messages and also for cellular internet.

Not sure of your phone but go to Home > Settings > Wireless and Networks > more > Mobile Networks > Data Connection.

On some phones this setting also appears if you drag down the Notification bar and tap on the Quick Links icon on the top right.

Turning this setting off is a good way to control your cellular data allowance by preventing apps from using data in the background, if the setting is left on. Just turn it on if/when you want the MMS feature and cellular internet. Turning this setting off doesn't affect WiFi data.
