Why is my laptop booting into bios?

Hi Zachary, If the information is extremely important,I would bring it to a local reliable computer repair store so they can attempt to transfer your data to a external hard drive or possibly fix the issue all in one. Hopefully your data is not corrupt and is retrievable.

After you attempted to save the data you need to try and re-install windows from bios. Your OS may have just crashed. Keep in mind when doing this your going to loose your data. Hopefully just re-installing your OS will solve your problem. It would be a good idea to run a test on your Hard drive too. You can do that with the computer if the OS re-install works, it will be under your main search options as HDD alert or HDD information. You can also use a Hard drive transfer machine to test the Hard drive.

But it may not be a good idea to remove the hard drive, since you have only had it for 3 months, you may void a manufactures warranty my removing it. If your computer has serious problems and the anti-tamper stickers are voided the manufacture maybe reluctant to help you if its a manufacture defect, if you choose to send it back of course.
