I believe I have the 2133 model imac7,1
It currently uses a Radeon HD 2400 XT 128mb gddr3
All I need to know is what are some good upgrades for it?
also what is the BEST one, I just need several options.
And lastly what are some decent cpu upgrades?

iMacs are technically closed systems so your upgrade options are very limited.
Your choices of GPU is limited to what Apple contracted with there suppliers for that series of system.
CPU's choces are likewise limited to what the series offered (Core 2 Duo's only). Frankly, the amount of work and risk given the slight performance improvement is not worth it.
Basically, if you've outgrown this system it's time for a new unit. If you think you want something thats more upgradable you may want to consider the Mac Pro. Start saving your pennies ;-}
