Somebody has hacked into my MBP and taken control of it?

Someone has embedded themselves in my MBP and anytime they want they can just take control. They have complete control of the computer. I've tried wiping the drive and re-installing the OS, they still have been able to control my computer. I came up with an error one time with this string:

System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent

The next step away is The Terminal. I've taken it to Apple and spoken with Tech. Support and they both said that's nothing and that couldn't have to do with the person in my MBP. I don't necessarily think that they know everything about the MBP but I could just be making a wrong assumption. Anybody know how to get them out of my MAC? I THANK ALL OF YOU IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP THAT YOU HAVE FOR ME, I REALLY DO APPRECIATE IT!!!!!

Are you sure this person is indeed the one that is doing this?

If you have any proof that this people are doing this to you I am pretty sure you can contact your local authorities. This is highly illegal.

I would do three things to start with

1.Go through system preferences and make sure ALL sharing is turned off

2.Set my firewall to stealth mode

3. Make a new very difficult system password that is different for something you would normally do--a pass phrase would be ideal.

If they still get in I would buy and install a new hard drive and repeat steps 1,2 and 3. Good luck.

Sell all your stuff and replace them with new ones, make new accounts, only use 3g, move to another town...

Depends on who's tracking you

I know who's hacked in and tracking me, it's a guy I've known for 17 years and I thought we were good friends. Then a girl came into the picture that I had met and he back-stabbed me and the rest is history. Now the two of them are doing this to play a game with me, and it's been going on for 2 years now.
